When you visit the Site, either as a Visitor or as a Customer, BoxFox’s servers send a cookie to your computer. A cookie is a unique, random identifier that is stored on the web browser you are using to access the Site. Without additional action, cookies do not personally identify you. Unless you choose to communicate your identity to BoxFox by opening an account and becoming a Customer or by any other means where you voluntarily submit personally-identifying information to the Company, you remain anonymous to the Company.

The Company uses two (2) types of cookies: (i) session cookies; and (ii) persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary and exist only during a single session on the Site. Session cookies disappear from your computer when you close your browser or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your browser or turn off your computer.

If you have chosen to personally identify yourself to BoxFox, the Company uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the Company to uniquely identify you. Session cookies are required to use the Site and Services.

BoxFox uses persistent cookies that only the Company can read and use to identify browsers that have previously visited the Site. A unique identifier is assigned to you when you become a Customer or provide the Company with personal information. This unique identifier is associated with a persistent cookie that the Company places on your web browser. The Company is especially careful about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies. For example, the Company does not store account numbers or passwords in persistent cookies. If you disable your web browser’s ability to accept cookies, you will be able to access the Site, but you will not be able to use or enter into any transactions on the BoxFox Site or use any of the Services.
